Need telco dial tone

I have just recently set up freepbx, I have 6 cisco spa509g phones
and 3 spa3102 on 3 analog lines, everything works except we need to be able to drop to the real telco dial tone on line 1 does any one know a easy way to do it ?

Are you wanting to do some type of call forwarding on that line?

yes so we can use telco call forwarding
