Need Help with Remote Extension

Hi,

I have recently setup TB CE, everthing works fine except the remote extensions. Following is what my configurations are:

The sip_nat.conf file has following entries.
nat=yes
externip=58.65.X.X
localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

Following ports are forwarded to PBX
UDP/TCP: 5060-5082
UDP: 10001-20000

When i debug sip on TB, it gives me follwing result:

<------------>
