Now that I fixed the problem I initially had with no audio and phones not staying registered my IVR doesn’t work.
Before when I had the issues the IVR worked I just couldn’t hear anything.
Now when I watch the Asterisk console I see the IVR pick up but it doesn’t appear to detect keys. I would normally see the extension dialed and the attempt to transfer to the extension, now I see nothing like that.
I know the extensions work I can set the inbound route direct to an extension and dial out the trunks or between extensions. its just the IVR that’s not detecting extension request.
What should I look for?
