Need help with IVR...is it possible for IVR to play the message and then ring an extension?

I currently have IVR set and working, with Direct Dial and 0 for an operator…is it possible for the IVR to play the message and if the user doesn’t respond the IVR rings the operator anyway??

Currently if the user doesn’t respond after a while it simply says “goodbye” and hangs up…

Put in an event for t (timeout).

i thought that was just for the time out message???

how do you create an event??

Just make one of the options t and select extension.
