My vendor wont service my account and I am all new at understanding this stuff. I all of a sudden cannot dial 305 area code. I have found the page on the PBX but do not know how to add this or if it is even there.
If someone could help me so I dont have to pay $$$$ dollars that would be really great.
This is support for FreePBX, Elastix is a modified version of FreePBX. You may try the Eastix website.
I doubt you will get much help if you are not willing to learn how to use the software. The forums are to help people who are willing to help themselves, not people trying to save money by not using professions. Most people in these forums make their living helping people like you.
