Need help with dialing patterns and prefixes

Hi, everyone,

I’m following the directions at https://twosortoftechguys.wordpress.com/2019/12/05/pjsip-edition-how-to-use-an-obihai-200-series-voip-device-as-a-gateway-between-google-voice-and-freepbx to set up my Google Voice account with an OBI-200 and FreePBX. My issue is with their dialing patterns. In the article, they say to use

**1+1NXXNXXXXXX
**11+NXXNXXXXXX
**11563+NXXXXXX

(using the old-style textarea instead of the new version of the dialing patterns tab) in the outbound trunk for the Google Voice. The goal is to add **1 to the number, so that it will trigger the route on the OBI-200. Or at least that’s my understanding of it.

The question that I have is, I want the user to dial 79 to get an outbound line, and have it add the **1 for the OBI-200.

Would my patterns be

**1 + 79| 1NXXNXXXXXX

**1 + 79| NXXNXXXXXX

**1 + 79 | N11

**1 + | 911 (This one is to dial 911 directly, without having to put the 79 first. It would be in a separate route altogether that’s defined as an emergency route).

Or would I need to do something else?

Thanks, and have a great night.
Patrick.

I want to add that this pattern works, without having to dial a prefix:
**1|+1NXXNXXXXXX
**11|+NXXNXXXXXX

If I were going to go this route instead, would the N11 be **11|+N11 ?
