I have set up a small call center for one of my friend’s company and it’s working fine.
What my friend wants is that can we have a name in cdr and queue report instead of just numbers. I have tried adding few contacts to the contact manager but it didn’t work I also tried CID Superfecta but that also didn’t work.
Can anyone help me in making this work

Once you added some contacts, you need to create this contact group as a source in the CID Lookup module and then set this as a CID lookup source on the inbound route.
Thanks a lot my friend that worked also had to enable superfecta lookup in the inbound route.
