hello,
i am using FreePBX 16 with asterisk 19, i have installed sccp-chan to provision cisco phones.
after installing sccp manager 14.3.0.13 (stable) my phones got restarted as usual. but at the screen of upgrading, they first show OK then suddenly they show error and then reboots.
after reboot phone shows error “file not found sccp version number”
i am using Cisco 7945 & 7975
to rectify the issue i visit SCCP connectivity > system parameters
in SCCP model information i found the load file is not found
i have also login with CLI and see the tftpboot folder contains 2 separate subfolder names as 7945 and 7975 and both folders have all firmware files inside them.
can anyone guide me to place the missing file and remove this error.
