Step 1 - From the console, type “tail -F /var/log/asterisk/full” - that will give you the full file from that moment on.
Step 2 - Try your call pickup.
Step 3 - From the console, type “^C” to stop the tail.
Now you have the stuff that was happening on your call for just the moments of the call. Should make your search a little more simple.
