My colleague can't access the admin panel, but I can without problem

Hi. Can’t seem to find a solution to a weird problem we are facing.

Our company operates in two locations. One of those locations is having trouble accessing the admin panel, while the other location works just fine.

Location 1:

  • Users can authenticate their softphone and make calls.
  • Admins can access the dashboard and make any necessary changes without problem.

Location 2:

  • Users can authenticate their softphone and make calls.
  • Admins can access the dashboard frontpage only. Attempting to navigate to another page fails and user is shown a ‘this site can not be reached’ error on their browser.

Previously, the users in location 2 could access without problem.
I have checked PBX settings, intrusion detection, admin permissions and everything appears normal.
The strange thing is that they can’t access when the other location has no problem at all.

Has anyone experienced something like this before?
Is there something on my local network configuration which I may have missed?
I suppose it is possible that our host is blocking access, but since we can reach the dashboard I don’t think this is the case.
