Mutliple DID Lands to ring Group


I have multiple DID which land to same ring group. now it is difficult for receptionist to identify which numbers call coming from ?

Please suggest.


Inbound Route -> Set CallerID -> Ring Group.
Prefix the name with an indicator of the company / department called.

Alternatively, use separate ring groups that route to different line buttons on reception phones.

… or use the CID Name prefix and/or Alert Info options in your inbound routes to distinguish between calls to different DIDs.
