Hello,
I try to use the MOH service on my AWS freepbx istance with a linksys SPA942. No way…

I have these errors on Asterisks CLI:

Anyone can help me? In MOH server setting on my SPA492 I put ‘mohmp3’. Is it correct?

What is a AWS FreePBX instance?

The strings, are not IP addresses, you have type. You don’t have to fill out MOH server on phone. 188.79.72.2010,188.79.72.2014

I have installed Freepbx on AWS (amazon cloud service) ubuntu OS

188.79.72.201 0,
188.79.72.201 4

These are my ip public address of my adsl internet connection (where physical phone is located)…I don’t know why there are appended ‘0’ and ‘4’… I haven’t setup anywhere these values.

In my physical phone where I must put the address of my MOH server… I leave it blank? How the phone can know which MOH server use?

You only have to put the outbound proxy and registration servers in on the SPA for it to work, that’s it.

The MOH server field is not relevant in standard SIP.

Using the virtual server and Ubuntu, that is quite adventurous. Let us know if it works OK.
