Person calls in… when being transferred to an Ext music on hold works. If i answer and place someone on hold, music on hold does not work. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue!
We’ve been as far as to delete the original default list, and upload an entirely new .wav file, to still have the original tunes screaming down the line at our customers.
Please! Help!!
