How Can I set an ip extension receive multiples call simultaneous in FREEPBX SANGOMA?
It does by default.
Did you setup the endpoint correctly to handle multiple calls?

i thought so , but when i call i while is in another line he said is busy
Does the extension have call waiting enabled in FreePBX?

no, it doesnt have CW enabled
