I have used Queues where I have one queue servicing several extensions, but I now have an situation where I would like to have more than one Queue used with a single extension. Does anyone have experience with trying this? Wondering how it would work if there were calls from more than one queue simultaneously for the one extension…or if that would work at all. Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
