Multiple IVR

Dear Friends,

I need to built multiple ivr for sip phone.

requirement:

when incoming a call received a ivr message. message prompt like

  1. Marketing
  2. Accounts
  3. Reception

and after this, caller press 1/2

1.1 Pre Sales
1.2 Promotion
1.3 Agent

Or

2.1 Account Details
2.2 Manager Accounts.

and go to back. using # keys.

Please help me. I am facing a problem.

You say this is for a SIP phone - do you mean when someone calls an extension or a Direct # (i.e. a DID)
