Multiple incoming calls

Hi All,
Im new to Freepbx, but so far so good. But now I have a problem. I want to let the recepionist handle all the incoming calls, how do I configure this ? The inbound route now is to the extension of the receptionist,but when hes on the phone and another person is calling we get a busy tone.
Can someone help me out ?

you have to enable “call waiting” in the extension.
