Multiple Entries in CDR for 1 call

In /admin/reports.php, for every incoming external call, I get multiple entries:


  1. 2007-08-29 08:42:28 Local/[email protected]… 012444444 “012444444” <012444444> FMPR-100 NO ANSWER 00:00
  2. 2007-08-29 08:42:28 Local/[email protected]… 012444444 “012444444” <012444444> FMGL-101 ANSWERED 00:00
  3. 2007-08-29 08:42:27 SIP/8111111 012444444 “012444444” <012444444> 100 ANSWERED 01:13

I have a Follow Me setup on Extension 100, and maybe that is what is causing it. Any way to remove the excess entries? Using FreePBX

Nope - you will get multiple entries for some of these more complex dialplans. One of these days we hope to look into modifying the plan to remove some of the ‘meaningless’ ones but without digging into the dialplan and figuring that out for us (which we would be very happy to review if you do:-) ), there isn’t anything you can easily do.
