Hi, is there a way I can set set multiple announcement in a queue? I know we can set breakout IVR under caller announcement. I want if caller is waiting in queue after 2 minutes he should listen message A and another after two minutes he should listen message B and after another 2 minutes he should listen message C. How can I achieve this?
Make a new MOH files that has these announcements at the minute you want it to play, then create a new MOH category and use this category for the Queue
Or you can make three queues and after being in the first one for two minutes to go to the second one after being in the second one for two minutes to go to the third one and then give queue 3 the highest priority etc.
