I check the directory module and the english and french folder is there. I wanted to use both, english for the english user and french for the french user. so far what I did was to create two directories, one for french and one for english, then I created two languages in the language module, french and english, then on the ivr that I created before the call goes to the directory it passes the language module first then to the desired directory, however when it is for the french directory, the prompts are still in english language even though the french language folder is in the directory module sounds folder. So, my question is how to make it a multi-language directory? Please help my boss want me to finish it by the end of the week :(. Thank you.
