I am looking for a step by step how to on Multicast Paging. I have experimented with it and it ended up taking down our entire network. I am assuming this had something to do with the switch but am unsure. If anyone has a guide that could walk me through it with best practices on network setup that would be most helpful.

Every vendor supports multicast in a different fashion. Concept is the same but execution varies.
Also you really need to have a managed switch with multicast support.
A guide would be difficult.
I was able to get it to work on a small scale but when I tried to roll it out to our entire system it took us down. We have a managed switch but I am unsure of what settings to adjust so it will handle the traffic. Any suggestions would be helpful.
