By default snom requests its configuration snom/MAC.htm. EPM puts them in the default /tftpboot directory and also names them snomXXX-mac.htm (XXX=model). Is this a bug?
No this is correct. you need to tell SNOM how to look for the file. Their are admin guides for all phones in the wiki under EPM at wiki.freepbx.org
