We have monitoring enabled and it generates a lot of files.
We would like to be able to index these file, but cannot seem to get a clear understanding on how the names
are generated. It looks like the date and time are part of the file…
How are the files generated by monitoring named?
And can the format be changed?
it appears that dialed called are named starting with OUTxxxx (where xxxx is the entension of the user)
inbound calls don’t seem to have the extension anywhere in the name? Can that be changed?
