We play MOH for queues with while you are waiting… style messages that use the break out options as well such as press 1 to leave a message.
Unfortunately if an agent answers then puts the caller on hold again they hear original queue MOH which means they will also hear press 1 to leave a message etc… not very appropriate.
Can anyone tell me where about in the dialplan this would be getting set so I can try and override it and use the default musiconhold class instead?
