Issues with MOH - Help?

Post dated 12 August 2012 regarding:
FreePBX Ver. 2.8.1.4
running on
Elastix 2.3.0 32-bit (i386)

Uploading MP3s to MOH Returns Error:
“sox failed to convert file and original could not be copied as a fall back”

When uploading wav files, when upload reaches around 98% page refreshes to Homepage, and no file is uploaded.

What am I doing wrong, and are there any fixes?

Unfortunatly for many, Elastix forked up FreePBX at version 2.8 a couple of years ago, you will have to get help from them, No-one here will likely be able to help you.
