MoH coming back from the grave

We’ve got a problem with a Freepbx 2.10 server which insists on playing holding music that isn’t in the MoH default list.

We’ve removed the default holding music and replaced it with some copyright free music.

However the client reports that the default holding music is sometimes still heard by the caller, and we’ve heard this ourselves after much testing.

Anyone seen this before? Could that music be being played because of any other settings?

Theres only one MoH group, called Default, and the Default entry is used in all groups and DDIs.

Did you remove the old on hold recordings from the system? I mean delete them from the system.
