Module Update Fails

Freepbx 2.4.1.0
Asterisk 1.4.2.1.2

Running in a linux vserver, followed the instructions for vserver setup and for installing freepbx to a T. Everything appears to work correctly, however when I attempt to update the modules via the check for online update, upgrade all. After clicking proccess the page spins its wheels for a good minute and brings me to A:

HTTPD error log:

I have review my config files and spent a few hours on google with no luck

Can your box get out to the internet? On the box if you type: ping mirror.freepbx.org
do you get it to resolve to a IP (should be 69.41.162.148) and do you get good results back.

If not then you have a basic network issue to start with. If you don’t get a IP it is a DNS issue, if you get a IP but not a return packet then it’s either a firewall and/or router issue.

You need to start troubleshooting at the basic level to start.

FYI: this info has been covered in several posts on the forums if you search for can’t update.
