Module Renewal not working correctly

Hi

I like to Renew our commercial Modules via the Module Admin in FreePBX. For each Module I want to Renew there is a Dropdown menu to choose between 1, 3 or 5 years renewal. If I try to select the 3 or 5 year Option nothing happens, and the Price does not change. The drop down menu also resets to 1 year when adding another Module or Logging in to our account.

Is there any other Option to renew the Licenses? I checked the portal.sangoma.com Store but did’t find something there.

Can you open a support ticket please. Either a commercial module bug ticket or a customer service and billing ticket.
