Module is not authorized in the API module for extension, module renewal

First issue is that when I try to access any of my commercial modules I get the error: module is not authorized in the API module for extension
This all started long before we had to renew the modules.
Second issue is that when I try to renew my modules now, it says there is an error, I have tried multiple times in multiple browsers with multiple cards. It simply says error, no explanation I can find.
Third issue is that when trying to open a support ticket, it doesn’t populate my modules so I can’t submit the ticket. I believe this was happening before the renewal issue came into effect as well, but I can’t remember for sure.
