Module CDR Reports not generating output. Using cdr_adaptive_odbc

Hello,

Freepbx version 13.0.190.19
Asterisk Version 13.14

We are using cdr_adaptive_odbc.conf to save CDR in database asteriskcdrdb .We have checked database and it show CDR value being stored in asteriskcdrdb.cdr table.

But when we use Freepbx GUI to see CDR report, it does not show any output. We are using cdr_adaptive_odbc.so. cdr_adaptive_odbc.conf is as under:

    [adaptive_connection]
    connection = asteriskcdrdb
    table = cdr
    alias start => calldate
    alias Host => Host
    alias myvariable => myvariable

Output of cdr show status is as below:
> cdr show status

Call Detail Record (CDR) settings

  Logging:                    Enabled
  Mode:                       Simple
  Log unanswered calls:       No
  Log congestion:             No

* Registered Backends
  -------------------
    cdr_manager
    cdr-custom

Please advise what I may be doing wrong.
