Module CDR Reports 13.0.29.1 not working and can't generate any report

Hi there,

  • Asterisk Version: 13.0.131
  • Distro Version: 6.12.65-32

I just upgraded module CDR Reports to 13.0.29.1 and causes huge issue and we couldn’t generate any report. It came back with error
Exception (1044)
HELP
SQLSTATE[42000] [1044] Access denied for user ‘freepbxuser’@‘localhost’ to database ‘asteriskcdrdb’::SQLSTATE[42000] [1044] Access denied for user ‘freepbxuser’@‘localhost’ to database ‘asteriskcdrdb
I then ran fwconsole chown but didn’t help … the first time it came with error at 76%[Whoops\Exception\ErrorException]
filetype(): Lstat failed for /var/lib/asterisk/bin/pagepro-startup.php

based on some online comments on http://community.freepbx.org/ I performed the following:

  • locate fwconsole
  • /usr/src/freepbx-13.0.64/amp_conf/bin/fwconsole ma download framework
  • /usr/src/freepbx-13.0.64/amp_conf/bin/fwconsole ma install framework
  • /var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx_engine

However, we the issue still exist and we can’t generate any report

Any help or direction is much appreciated

Awesome … it’s back to normal …
Since we setup the system few years back … we never change the CDR setting … Would you know if the latest update caused this issue?

I can’t see how this condition could possibly be caused by a simple CDR module upgrade, I upgraded just now without issue. Have you recently restored a backup?

Not really, the last backup was restored back to October 2015 and we were running on ver. 12. We upgraded to 13 back to January/February time frame.
Thank you so much for the help.
