Module Admin missing

Hello,

I recently took over a system from another company, and they seem to have a very stripped version of FreePBX. There is no Module Admin, and no fields for Device Options under the Extensions/Users menu. I have a lot of experience with FreePBX and Asterisk systems, but this one is a first for me. I assume there is a way to disable/enable these specific options, but am looking for some guidance on where that would be.

Not sure if there is an interface for it, but I found the answer in the Asterisk db in MySQL under the ampusers table. Still looking for the Device Options.
