Modify nr. - Set Caller ID?

Is it possibile to modify incoming numbers with conditions.

I want to change incomings number from one trunk:
if the incoming nr beginns with 0039 then delete the 0039 from the number

an for another trunk:
if the incoming nr dont beginns with 00 then replace the leading 0 with 0049

can I do this with Set Caller ID?

Are you asking about the actual incoming number, or are you interested in changing the Caller ID?

What is the diference between the incoming number and the Caller ID?

I mean the in coming numer (the phonenumer from the person that are caling me)
