Missing "Play" and "Download" icon for Call Monitor


Had anyone experience the situation I’m in right now. I want to download a voice recording from my Asterisk using my browser - successfully logged in to the Call Monitor feature, but cannot see the “Play” and “Download” icons from the page itself.

Any suggestion? TIA.

Suggestions/Solutions please… I’m stuck with this problem for quite sometime now.
