regarding the features of Sangoma Desktop described here, namely queue management and call monitoring, it took me a few weeks to get everything working. Hoping to do something useful I would like to recommend implementing the guide with these instructions and information

As I was saying to log out the operator from the queue (Login is not possible) in the User Manager of the user who manages these modes, the permissions on Phone Apps for the queues must be set to YES (either for the user or for the group to which they belong) if you do not do this, if you try to disconnect a user from the queue you will have an error of unsupported functionality.
If you want to monitor calls in the queue (barge, whisper, spy) always in the User manager (NOT of the Group this time but of the single user) the entries must be set like this (for some reason if you do it on the group the user does not inherit them)
Show In Contact Manager Groups = User Manager Group
Viewable Contact Manager Groups = All Public Groups
