Missing Directory Types on FreePBX 14 - Ubuntu 18.04

Hi All,

I recently put together a VM running Ubuntu 18.04 running on AWS Lightsail configured with FreePBX as per the official guide.

Everything functions as expected with one exception, only FreePBX Internal Directory and Asterisk Voicemail are listed under directory types under user management.

My end goal is to get OpenLDAP integrated (which is already running and in use by other applications), but I am not seeing a way to add the other directory types that exists in the official distribution. I did install PHP-LDAP just in case that was a failed dependency but it made no difference .
