I am trying t get cdr_csv.so to create the fields in a specific order in the master.csv. The cdr_csv_custom does not exist by default and does not seem to be read when you create it. I need this for Tapit nova call reporting. I have both FreePBX commercial CDR module and asternic call center stats but I am not able to get the reports that my managers need. Has anyone been able to get the custom formatting to work? Thanks in advance.
