Missing 0 at dailing

Hello,

i hope someone can help me with my problem.
First of all i am located in Germany. And we are using a Freepbx with Snom phones.

The configuration is that we have to dail a 0 before dailing, so if we want to dail 030123456 we have to type in 0030123456. But sometimes for about 15 Minutes when we dail 0030123456 the phone is deleting the first 0 and the call isn’t going out. After 15 Minutes everything is working.

Do you have an idea? Or maybe the phone is the problem, but thats the standard configuration of it.

Logs would probably help at this point.

I’m thinking that either:
You have “0” as the default operator extension and you haven’t removed that or changed it or
b) you have an issue with your dial patterns. But probably the first one.
