Misc Destinations to Forward Calls


During the Covid 19 lockdown, I want to forward all calls to my IVR to an external call centre by forwarding calls to their DDI.

i have achieved this by setting up a Misc Destination which is working fine.

however by question is, are their any limitations to the number of simultaneous calls that can placed? or is there a better way of doing this?

You can set limits in FreePBX, but beyond that, the limits are up to your hardware and your phone company. I suggest asking your phone companies what limits they set.
