Migrate from digium_phones to endpoint

I am sorry to bring this up again but still I can’t seem to switch from digium_phones to endpoint (with DPMA). Here’s how I tried:

  1. Set up a template for D80s
  2. Network scanned, found and assigned all phones
  3. Configured them in Extensions Mapping
  4. Disabled module digium_phones
  5. Set “Use DPMA” to yes in Endpoint Manager’s Global Settings
  6. Checked Settings in DPMA Management
  7. Did “Advanced”/“Reconfigure” in the phone

Persistant Result: The configuration server is found but times out (104 server not found).

Every change in DPMA Management is reflected on the phone though, so there must be a connection to the mDNS server.

What am I doing wrong?
