Menu graphics not working on module upgrade

Hi, I just did a module upgrade on 2.10 and it seems to have broken the menu graphics. The menu is still there but you hover over and its just plain text and is really hard to see. I have tried different browsers but get the same issue, any ideas?

At the CLI issue the cmd “amportal a r” (without quotes)
