My conference rooms are not announcing the names of incoming callers to the room. The option is set and callers are asked for their name, it is just not played to the room. Am I missing something?

UPDATE
Did a yum update today and now rooms with enter/leave enabled cause Asterisk to crash and the callers are left hanging in the room. The crash occurs when the second user enters the room, after the name is recorded.
