Good morning,
Trying to register two phones with the same extension number so i have added MaxContacts to 2 and have disabled Remove existing.
In the pjsip endpoints i see two phones registred under that extension number and i when i dial out i see the correct number however on the inbound side i want to be able to dial to that extension and for the two phones to ring simultaneously.
Never happens only the 1st one rings.
Am i missing something else?

In the asterisk CLI does it show both contacts as Available?
I failed to mention that my problem is with FXS extensions…
I realized now as i tried to replicate the issue with SIP extensions and it seems to work ok.
What i am trying is to have two FXS extensions via a gateway with the same number to ring at the same time.
With this scenario it doesnt work
wire them in parallel?
FXS extensions use chan_dahdi, not chan_pjsip. (An ATA is a SIP extension, as far as Asterisk is concerned.)
