Mark voicemail message as urgent

Can a caller mark their voicemail as urgent? It seems that they could before by pressing #, but that appears to just hang up the call. We have voicemail configured to email the user. Would it mark that email differently?
PBX Firmware: 12.7.5-1902-3.sng7
Asterisk Version: 16.2.1

In Settings > Voicemail Admin, set “Review Message” to “Yes”. once done callers will be able to mark the message as urgent after pressing #

Thanks, that worked. It looks like the email doesn’t have anything different from one that is marked urgent.

Did you see somewhere that it is supposed to include urgent in the email?

I believe this is just for desk phones.

No, I do not see anything for that. It would be nice to at least have as a variable option in the body.
