Manually program a key P325 & P330

Hi All,
On the p series phones, should the user be able to press and hold a spare programable key to manually program the phone? I have a P325 & P330, My customer have more than 300+ users and they want to program the phone on their demand.
but I know they want to program in speed-dial keys without going through a web interface.

No. The supported way for users to control BLF assignments on their own phones is to login to UCP and do it that way. You can do it via EPM as an admin as well.
