Making Queue members not receive calls if on forward

Any way to make it so if someone rings into a queue, it wont forward to the cell phone of a queue member? Im sure its easy… :smiley:

It really depends on the specific scenario. The ‘cleanest’ way to handle it is to just use their extension and have them use a Follow-Me setup with confirmation. However that is not always a desirable setup.
