Maint upper menu disappeared

Hi guys,

I was logged as maint, and when I selected the CentOs repositories and submited, the upper menu disappeared, I’ve been only links avaliable.
But when I log with normal user, the upper menu is there…

I’ve reinstalled the web browser, restarted the server machine, restarted the client machine, but the problem continues.

any suggest will be appreciated a lot.
