Mail server continually trying to send emails after a failure

I put in an AOL address into the voicemail to email field and it worked for a day but then I started seeing a bunch of these

Messages from [pbx IP] temporarily deferred due to user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN3434.html (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

I tried removing the email address and several hours later this message continued to show up in the mail log. I tried restarting postfix with no luck.

How do I stop this? And is there an easy way to fix it?

Assuming that will be the end of it, will check in a few hours.

And yes, that fixed the continued attempts. Will see if we have more issues with sending voicemails to an AOL address. Could be AOL or it could be a DNS issue on my end.
