Lost GUI access - now what?

I inherited an old PBX system a while back and discovered there is zero documentation for it from former IT techs. I was finally able to reset the root password in user mode. After I rebooted, it gave me the IP address to access the GUI from a web browser, which I was able to do. Of course, there’s a separate ID/PW for that, which I don’t have.

Upon returning to the console, I discovered that it was scrolling through hundreds of errors. They appeared to be disk-related, but went by so fast I couldn’t read them. That went on for quite a while before I finally hard rebooted it. Now, I’m unable to get to the GUI. I am not experienced with Linux much, so not sure how to fix this.

Luckily, the phone system still works, but now I’m unable to do anything with it.

Seems to be a similar problem…but don’t do anything until a more advanced user tells you what to do…@kgupta

looks like framework module issue, does fwconsole command working fine for you, if yes then downloadinstall module freshly or else you may have to do wget the framework package and copy the files manually.

also ensure that, you are running Freepbx v17 for php 8.2 systems and Freepbx v16 for PHP 7.2.
