We have an LD provider that requires us to enter a 4-digit code when dialing long distance calls. I will be removing this feature from the circuit but that will take a while due to corporate red tape. In the meantime, I can’t use the follow-me feature or simple call forwarding on the phones when the number is outside our calling area.
Is there a way to set up the capability to pass a pause and a 4-digit code after a long distance number by modifying an outbound route or trunk setup?
I have seen several versions of this question asked but so far no answers that seem to be sutiable.
